It's funny finding out USF has a urban design masters program that's caught your attention when their campus is a very neat, but inhospitable large grid and Tampa

I would agree with that. While we desperately need more housing, if we give developers complete control with no accountability that could and likely would cause more harm than good. We should support housing developments but be willing to criticise them
