North Carolina and Virgina are doing some real good work for commuter rail, what with buying dedicated rights of way for rail between Richmond and Raleigh from CSX.

I am excited to see what comes next from the rail project. I mean seriously this is the first rail project in a while outside of the northeast taken on by state governments
