AMTRAK is a partially federally-owned, for-profit enterprise, not a gov agency and I take issue with the concept of this poll
(also, as we all should know, the USCPSC is the best gov agency and they're not on the bracket so what is the POINT honestly)
Listen I saw AMTRAK on the list of federal agencies and it has a Tumblr. That gives it a place in the bracket
We are owned wholly by the government and get government money to run the railroads so yeah we are a government agency, the only thing that other government agencies do that we don’t is kill Iraqi civilians
