Possible EPA x NASA ship dynamic: EPA is a realistic, down-to-earth individual who cares deeply about others and the planet. NASA is a head-in-the-clouds brilliant type who has such a fascination with the universe they forget they live on Earth sometimes.
Maybe EPA Loves NASA, and NASA is oblivious?
