All I want is for the death if that fucking building and every wealthy millionaire in it. Is that really so bad. Plus is an ugly building with no heart or soul or care put into it.
If you have to add MULTIPLE FAKE FLOORS (that only cause further detriment to the overall stability on extremely windy days) to your building to make it so that it's the "Tallest Residential Tower in the Western Hemisphere", then not only have you lied but you've created is the tallest fucking eyesore among the NYC skyline...

it kills me that this is made by what appears at a glance to be the transport company Amtrak who started this particular round of complaining about this shit. And wow is the complaining deserved because that is a horrid structure and I hope it tips too far and snaps next time big winds come
Unfortunately they have a stupid fucking weight at the top to stop that, so for any big winds to knock it downwill have to be manmade. Also I welcome any and all alternative solutions to this fucking ugly ass twinks continued life
