Yeah @cityofduluthmn, that the issue, the only real plan for the whole of America or even just noncoastal America currently on the table is Amtrak Connects Us and while I love it so much, Amtrak Connects Us is more of a dream than a plan. And I wanted to use plans in action now, but yeah I want to try to do this while ignoring the coasts so I can get some more midwest love in these kinds of polls.
