Okay but being serious here are some real definitions.
Conrail - it is a now defunct freight company that was owned jointly by the government and its workers in the 70s and 80s before being bought by CSX and Norfolk Southern
CSX - it is a freight rail company that operates in a Duopoly over the east coast of the US alongside Norfolk Southern due to rail mergers in the 80s. It is slow, cruel and ineffective.
