We need a new national park, we have 63 of those bastards right now, and that just a stupid number, therefore I recommend that we add one more for a full stack of parks.

there’s a movement for a new one in south eastern Minnesota in the state’s portion of the Driftless Region. It actually wouldn’t be all that far south of where the Empire Builder crosses the border from Wisconsin and it would give the really ecological and geologically unique area a higher level of protection from harm
Yeah that is actually part of the reason I made this post, the other places I know people are pushing a national park designation are Craters of the Moon in Idaho, The Ocmulgee Mounds in Georgia, and the Delaware Gap in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
