Not sure what you need to say or how you can learn to write but what is needed right now is two fold, one more funding is always needed from congress and you need to get your state representatives to support the creation of new state supported routes. That is the hard part because a lot of them don’t want the state to have to fund a rail line. This is however changing due to federal money. Just make sure that the state will use it.
