The options in the US are rather slim, the only trains that can reach those speeds are the Acela, Hartford Line, Wolverine, Texas Eagle and the Lincoln Service.

Connecticut has too many nimbys to ever be respectable. I mean you are the state stopping the Acela from getting to consistent high speeds on the way to Boston
