I hate how people frame the the urban environment as having only two options. Either no development at all in the city or total laissez-faire capitalist no limits on development
People make a fear and will run with it. Most self described YIMBY’s still want Historical preservation and don’t support endless sprawl or removing zoning laws and government oversight. I could say stuff about NIMBY’s but they are already explored enough
