Take the Acela at the 5 am to 7 am time frame, it gets you a 60 dollar ticket to get there on the 31st. Gets you in New York at around 8 am, you can get back to Baltimore for about 60 bucks on the Northeast Regional at the 6 pm time slot. I am using the 31st here but these prices should be available anytime after the 25th if you schedule today and the 26th if you schedule tomorrow
