Um, this is kinda on the spot, the California Zephyr runs between Emeryville and Chicago, the Amfleet II came into use in 1981 and were the last cars made by the Budd company, the Acela uses a modified french TGV for its engine, and the cheapest Amtrak line is 1 dollar and goes between 2 stations in Hartford

Its 2 minutes and the Train is Empty, tomorrow. It is on both the Hartford Line and the Valley Flyer. The Hartford Line also exists as a Commuter rail. This is the most hilarious train to me
that train isn't even a dollar, its free, $1 is just as low as the amtrak website will go.
I know, the glitched lying website makes it an even better train
