Can't you get to both Portland and Seattle on the Empire Builder? They are at least as major cities as Denver or Milwaukee. Nice train too.

Yes, you can get to Portland and Seattle on the empire builder but it’s more expensive. You can not however get to Denver onto he Empire Builder
