We need an Amtrak station in Muncie Indiana, there is NO reason there isn't

So I read throught the Indiana DOT state rail plan and there are no plans for a Muncie Amtrak route. The closest is Chicago to Columbus vis Fort Wayne. But there are looking at making a commuter rail service in Indianapolis which would service Muncie
