Mostly non-controversial I think, but it doesn't include most of ND, SD, Nebraska, and Kansas. The larger cities on the eastern edge of those states (eg KCK and Omaha) are included, but the rest of each state is more a part of the "plains region" IMO. In the east of the region, some of WV, PA, and NY are included but Pittsburgh and Buffalo are excluded.

I said no state lines, but okay. One question why is Louisville excluded if part of West Virgina is included
