in my opinion, it's intolerable and downright despicable that joe biden underfunds amtrak. doesn't he know how important public transport is? how necessary it is? how much good he could do, just by giving amtrak the money it needs? the american people need it. they want it. they crave good trains. they want to get from chicago to new york to atlanta to denver without going on a stupid fucking plane that kills the environment. that's why i'm heading to d.c. right now to overthrow the current government and taking over the white house. i will channel all the taxpayer's money into amtrak. all of it. every single cent will be amtrak's. the people want it. america needs it. there will be no negotiation. no compromise. no disputes at all. no anything but trains. i am completely serious, i'll be there this afternoon. bid me farewell everybody
