Is there harm that can be caused by attributing malice to act of stupidity. Or stupidity to an act of malice, how do you tell them apart, is there a point where an act of stupidity becomes an act of malic unthinkingly. I am genuinely curious. If a law harms millions even if created out of stupidity is that an act of malice. I feel like Malice and stupidity are intertwined but where do hate and malice end and confusion and stupidity begin?

I’m fine, I was just thinking about wether it causes harm to imply the actions of Republicans come from stupidity rather than hate. But right now I’m thinking that is a distinction which doesn’t actually matter. Either way their actions harm lives and that’s enough for anger
