Hello! In your opinion, what city in the US would be the best to live in, in terms of public transportation? Of your knowledge of public transportation abroad, which country is the best?

Unsuprising, New York and Chicago have the best public transit systems, DC ranks pretty well, San Francisco is pretty good, but Muni metro needs some improvements, LA and Philadelphia have a decent ones, but still needs a lot of work and better service in some regions, Seattle is getting there but still needs a bit of work. But any of those cities you could live happily without a vehicle depending on what neighborhood you live in. And all of these do still need work and are not anywhere near perfection.
