Community involvement is key to winning and getting real improvements to our urban centers. You can’t change the world by complaining to the internet, but you can if you work with your community to improve it, this can be by discussing issues with neighbors, working in a transit advocacy group, running for local office, or any number of other things, because every improvement you fight for, no matter how small is a substantial change and it matters
But seriously, you can have the best transit proposal in the world, but if you don’t get people to care about transit, they won’t vote for the 2 cent gas tax needed to fund it come November
