My issue isn't with the calling of Amtrak a monopoly, it's the constant dick riding of Brightline that comes from news outlets

The article is interesting, and it does actually highlight the expansion of passenger rail in both governmental projects and ugh private forms, but it fails to look at the flaws of private rail and has a really weird framing by treating Amtrak as a monopoly
