Paris and New York + Philadelphia, all existing and planned public transit in both regions at the same Scale
Paris metro population: ~13M
NYC metro population: ~20M
Philly metro population: ~6M
The morale of this story is New Jersey needs a Fuck Ton more Rail
I guess also Connecticut, and Downstate New York but those are places nobody cares about
Okay I haven’t checked any Rail ROWs to see if this is feasible but I feel like this would be a significant improvement over what exists now
