Happy Labor Day, we need to repeal right to work Laws, which are Laws that allow people to work in Union shops without paying Union dues and still receive the effects of Union representation, this is one of the most common Anti Union practices and is possible to repeal as has been shown by Michigan which repealed theirs this year. In fact Indiana, New Hampshire, and Missouri all repealed or blocked right to work Laws.

I think our best shot at repealing right to work laws is to make Labor a known issue in the key swing states like Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia, so that if Democrats take control we could have a chance to repeal the Laws like Indiana in 1964 and Michigan in 2023

The Hardest states to repeal them in are deep red states which managed to get Right to Work Laws enshrined in their constitution which would be Florida, Arkansas, Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Tennessee because to repeal the law it would need to either be ruled unconstitutional by the courts which won’t happen till Taft-Hartley is repealed or by a Ballot Amendment which are very difficult to get to succeed in states that are so red.
