Hi so this going to sound quite stupid and possibly pathetic but not in an attractive way. But also not sure who else to ask.
I’m gonna have to make a train journey later this year, about 4ish hours because I don’t have a car and taking an Uber for 200 miles is very fucking infeasible monetarily. Also I am too scared to hitchhike.
Anyways, point being: I have experience with shorter train rides (like 30 min on Caltrain) but have never taken a proper one over an hour long. Tips? Tricks? Things I should probably keep in mind? If this is absolutely the wrong place for this ask, feel free to delete/ignore.
Also just bc:
Bring Water and something to keep yourself entertained, other than a phone because you may not always have access to wifi. That is my main tip for longer train journeys. Also make sure not to miss your stop
