Well this looks quite flat, there's too much greenery to be the southwest i think, we've got quite a lot of single-family housing and what looks like a stroad in the bottom right corner? there's also a set of tennis courts, so probably a relatively wealthy area. I'm not even remotely confident in this, but Portland?
