There are no traffic jams on the rails
Well, there aren't supposed to be any but because the US government is run by cowards who won't Nationalize the railways, we have to deal with freight companies who work very hard to cause traffic on the rails
hey it isn't 100% on government cowardice
a lot of blame goes to the government's reluctance to actually fucking replace the ancient-ass portal bridge on the northeast corridor
We are actually replacing the Portal Bridge, the replacement is expected to finish in 2027. But it should have been replaced decades ago
