Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but what do you think about the congestion tax proposed in New York City to make money for public transport repairs?

So excited, if New York does it right, it could be a model for how to fund transit in other American Cities like Chicago, San Francisco and LA. Plus it is honestly so desperately needed by New York if you have ever visited you know it has a traffic problem
