I am unfortunately not well read on most canidates for 2024 outside my state but I can give general advice. If we are talking presidential election in 2024 we need Biden purely because one of the first actions of a republican would be to cut infrastructure spending and federal grants are one of the largest funders of transit investment. For Congress, We really want to keep Jon Tester, he has been a consistent advocate for Amtrak. Typically, Democrats in Congress are more pro-tranist than republicans, but I don’t know any individuals who we need to insure are or stay elected next year. Be sure to vote in local elections AND primaries to make sure you have a city council that supports transit. Also we need to vote blue because Republicans are facists but we are discussing transit right now. If anyone has local elections, or state elections that matter for transit, please say so here
