Delaware is in a terrible state, I mean look at it. It’s fucking Delaware, it’s like Connecticut Lite. Transit in Delaware is mediocre though, if you live in that northern bit, it hasgood access to the rest of the Northeast via stations on the NEC

Unironically yes, Delaware is nothing but an offshore tax haven in the us borders
