Honestly could work, but we need to also allow Paratransit, and emergency vehicles access. Also some buildings like Marina City would require renovations due to built in Parking. I will say that an easy improvement for Chicago would be to ban new parking lots and Garages in the Loop, River North, Streeterville, and South Loop and do infill of the ones that exist to create a pressure for people to use transit over driving
