I'd like one from LA, CA to Jacksonville, FL, one from Seattle, WA to Boston, MA, Eastern and Western Seaboard lines, as well as one from Fargo, ND to Houston, TX. There could certainly be at least two or three more, but that's where I'd start.
You forgot the St-Paul -> Madison -> Milwauke -> Chicago -> Indianapolis -> Louisville ->Nashville -> Chattanooga -> Atlanta -> Savannah Corridor which is my favorite HSR corridor in the US
