The dont move to the suburbs idea is good in theory but unfortunately I live in Texas so the only affordable housing is way outside city limits past the cows and llamas. Also theres nothing really to do in town, so 😔

The whole the only affordable places are the extras and outer suburbs while true currently is a fixable thing, if we fight to remove parking minimums, build TOD and missing Middle Housing like Row Homes and Duplexs and create renters protection laws, the cities will become more affordable. Now I am not really sure how to fix the issue of nothing to do in the city
