St.Paul-Minneapolis is probably the best cycling city in the US, is building out a new modern light rail system, has some of the most progressive housing policies, and is getting 2 new Amtrak Lines within this Decade hopefully. It would literally be the best city in The US if it didn’t get into the -20s consistently.I love snow but even I have a limit.
