I am going to redo the metro design activity with more areas and Libraries, plus this time, I want to see what you guys come up with to connect the neighborhoods.
Orange is Downtown, Red is old immigrant neighborhoods, Blue is Historic neighborhoods, Purple is historically Black Neighborhoods, Pink is the University, Lime is a wealthy Suburb, Green is a park and Grey is the Airport. Teal is the River
i felt like it was mandatory to have a chicago styled loop for the downtown area 😭
also a fancy little monorail that gets a good view of the park and river while connecting students to the greater downtown area and central station
didnt include stops or intercity rail, mostly because i feel a bit more context would be needed to plan those.
