@rosesandsailboats There are private proposals on the map, but the only 2 that aren't public are the purple line in Florida and the Purple line between LA and Vegas
Additionally all of them are vying for the same federal funds and it is therefore not possible that all blue lines on the map get built
Does that Sacramento to Salt Lake Line really run directly through Reno without stopping?! Because there are half a million people here, and growth in insanely high, and we have no train service. People literally fly to San Francisco—a four-hour drive—because in the winter, the mountains are often impassable by car.
