Because Chicago Union Station is actually really poorly designed and at capacity right now, there was hope with CHIP that the additional tracks proposed would allow for through running meaning trains could go up to O'hare but that didn’t get full funding so unless it gets funding next year, we are never going to see trains going through to O'Hare
