How about: A high-speed line from the Loop to Indiana Dunes National Park, through South Bend, out to Fort Wayne (specifically stopping at Sweetwater's HQ so I can go buy music gear)?
Also we will annex Gary and rename it Mary
So we extend the South Shore Line to Gort Wayne and increase the speeds on it, can't be that hard
