Paint a crosswalk or a bike lane, start a news page for your city, work with communities to build a better version of your city. Watching YouTube videos does nothing to fix your city, what actually fixes your city is actually going out there, working with communities and community leaders and doing real work to improve a neighborhood, or city

You usually do it during the day so you can see better, I mean nobody is going to call the cops on some guy painting a crosswalk outside a school
