Weird thing I have notices, people always support what seems like the best project in isolation, even when it is actually kinda pointless when in context
For example: the Cincinnati Streetcar doesn’t go to the University of Cincinnati so people always propose taking the most direct route to connect the Streetcar to the University via vine street. The issue however is, Vine Street is already getting BRT from the University to Downtown Cincinnati, making it a project that would be rather redundant and pointless compared to taking a different route to the university
