Me and someone in the discord are taking it to mean that the blog was seen as a parody by amtrak and so amtrak felt it was allowed to exist, thus granting consent for me to continue posting, but they still wanted to enforce the trademark, hence the email
@twelve-badgers-in-a-suit I think it’s just them saying, “you are using our trademark, beware” becaus if they didn’t give the warning, they could actually lose the trademark
