Best place with trains ( I’m deciding where to live)

Assuming we are talking about North America, the best cheap cities with trains are Philly and Chicago. The best expensive ones are NYC and San Francisco, DC is pretty good but there is a chance it could get significantly worse soon. Pittsburgh, the Twin Cities, and Cleveland are decent cheap cities with decent rail. Seattle is improving slowly. Boston is expensive but has pretty good trains if you can deal with the issues. Atlanta has a pretty good rail system, but it is limited. I have heard mixed things about Denver. Portland is supposed to good
