I think train companies should use airports to advertise, like put up posters saying that train stations don’t have security lines and you can wish loved ones good-bye inside the airport and how you could easily get from Chicago to New York via train instead of taking a plane. Like the point when someone is most wanting some alternative to planes is probably when they are at the airport
