I was staring at Philadelphia on Google maps as one does and I saw this area and all I can think it this should be a very large park, like it's just empty land, probablyonly recently though, there is clear remnants of heavy industry but like we could still put a park there
There is nothing here but Brownfields (and a presumably active rail line) let's make em green fields and forests
reverse industrializing
We need to tear down every Wal-Mart and replace it with a locally owned grocery store, an apartment block, some shops and a park and I am not even joking in the slightest
The apartment blocks should be tenant owned fuck landlords
