It honestly doesn't run that poorly, the only issue is loading into worlds the game stops for a moment

My minecraft crashes whenever I use forge<3
Like if I open the forge launcher it just crashes, no mods or anything, I physically have to use fabric to play modded

I use fabric through a mod manager called Modrinth. It lets you put together multiple modpacks and keeps the saves separate so you don't fuck up a world.
Also, a world editing mod called axiom seems to have hidden optimization in it.
I use modrinth to download mods but I just open them through the minecraft launcher, that multiple modpacks thing does sound useful though
