I get the appeal of the streetcars and the Walkable streets and the intercity train networks but like the streets were full of horse shit, people were packed like sardines with dozens to a single tenement house, children were working in factories and this was the era of Jim Crow
Hear me out: We go back to trains, walkable cities, and streetcars, but don’t go back to the lack of basic human rights.
You’re right that’s too much to ask.
