Like seriously what is the point of doing this, it just worsens the housing crisis and does nothing but stop the allowance of multifamily housing in Louisville. Like there are bigger issues in Kentucky than the ability of Louisville to change its zoning codes
I mean I do know why it’s happening, urbanism and good civic policy has become yet another issue in the culture war, despite the fact that there aren’t any drawbacks to denser housings other than of course, it slightly hurts the oil baron and car lobby donors profit margins
