Welcome back to fucked up Philly Houses, this time we have a new construction house for once, let's see if Philly can get new home construction right

Look at that, it fits right in with the neighborhood, even if they forgot to cover up or paint the wooden beams

It's certainly a row house, like it's narrow but it could work, maybe not truly awful

What the fucking hell is this kitchen layout, where am I supposed to put a table? You should have had the counter curve over to the door and put the sink on the wall, there's no fucking room for an island in this house, and you can't fucking fix this issue without spending thousands because the plumbing already done. Bar stools are fine for sitting around but you need an actual table in a house, how do you live like this??

Why the fuck is the basement wood a different fucking color you had one job

I hate this upper area, there is no soul to it

At least there's a pretty good view, which you got by stealing your neighbors access to this view

What the fuck is this backyard, it's just an AC unit on some concrete, what if I want to plant Clovers? Do I need a fucking jackhammer to touch nature in this house, I know it's a small yard but I still could have had a nice sitting space but no you have to make this the worst possible yard, and I know these kinds of yards are common in Philly but their still not any good!!

Anyways it's over 430,000 dollars. Bye. Fuck home builders.
