It's a crisp May morning, you have gotten off the train from DC and are now sitting in 30th Street Station in Philadelphia waiting for your ex to text you the directions to her Row House so you can stay with her while your in town for the art exhibition. Your sat on a bench when you hear a commotion in the entry hall, a man has started to rapidly change into another form, his hair turning white and rapidly lengthening, 2 sets horns sprouting from his head, and his eyes turning to gems. He claws at the floor, leaving the vastness of space in the scratch marks, as this happens you get a text notification. The light streaming into the station from outside the windows has turned green. Suddenly over the intercoms you hear "Last train to Media now arriving in the station." You get up from your seat with a headache, a different strange man jumps into your seat from behind, as you stare at your hands a sword appears, what do you do?
examine the sword
You rotate the sword in you hand, its heavy, the blade is made of a shiny metal with a slight blue tint, it has an unearthly feel, you feel as though you have held this sword before but know you have never touched it before, it seems to be a relic of New York. It has a several gem on its hilt, the grip is made of leather.
@sweaterodyne Your phone buzzes again, you set the sword to the side and pull out your phone to see what it says, it reads off some directions on how to get to your ex's rowhouse on the first text message, the second is your ex complaining how as usual you didn't respond, you are reminded of the night you broke up 3 years ago
I look at the man that jumped into my seat. Who is he, how is he reacting to the commotion?
You turn and look at the man you saw jump into your chair, he’s in a red suit and has shaved pink hair, he has a scar on his cheek and is rather short, as you stare at him he throws you an Ace of Spades and begins to sing the song Come Sail Away by Styx. His singing somehow includes the instruments.
