Have you heard about the Columbus Ohio rezoning? Their phase one is being voted on in july. Mixed used and medium density, with transit expansions in the works too!

I hadn’t heard of it but I just read about it and it sounds like an amazing project that could really help the city of Columbus to densify and become a better more livable city
