I know I don't post much about Architecture despite my love for it but the reason I don't post about it is simple, people are fucking weirdos (derogatory) about it
Like if something doesn’t perfectly match a 300 page design guide for a district it just shouldn’t be built at all to some people. And like yes, I fucking love Victorian houses as much as the next guy, but not every house in a neighborhood needs to be a Victorian. Historic neighborhoods are neat because of the variety of styles that exist in them, not in spite of it
